Samantha Ronson Formally Charged With DUI

Samantha Ronson has been officially charged with two misdemeanors after her DUI joyride the other morning en route home to L.A. from Las Vegas.
The San Bernardino County D.A. hit Samantha with two charges – driving under the influence, and driving with a blood alcohol level over .08.
If convicted, Sam faces up to six months in jail and a $ 1,000 fine, however, a first offendes (which Ronson is) will almost always get probation.
